ICA 2018 Leadership Development Institute

The Idaho Leadership Development Institute is a collaborative effort of ICA and the divisions to provide leadership training for its officers, chairs and emerging leaders. ICA sponsors the training for 60 persons---including 5 from each division.  Each Committee is also encouraged to bring participants to plan for the up coming year.

Individuals looking for an opportunity to volunteer service to the organization are strongly encouraged to attend.  Leadership within ICA takes on many forms and there is a place for everyone!

The leadership weekend begins at 8:30 a.m. in Boise at Stevens-Henager College.  Stevens-Henager College is located at:
1444 S. Entertainment Avenue, Boise

1. Individual Leaders
2. Leadership at a Collaborative Level
3. Succession Planning
